Postage Costs
We try and keep postage & packaging charges as low as possible. They are automatically calculated based on the goods in your shopping basket and the delivery destination. Shipping times and shipping service for each destination are as follows:
UK
Standard/Tracked Service: All orders are sent via Royal Mail / Evri and the delivery times are expected to be within 2-3 working days for UK orders depending on the service in your area. Standard shipping within the UK is via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Evri Tracked 48.
Express: UK Express orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
USA
We now use Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) shipping services, so you won’t face surprise fees after checkout. Your order will just be delivered. Customs duties (typically ~10%) are shown upfront as a separate line, ensuring full transparency. This change follows the removal of the US “de minimis” exemption for UK shipments, meaning even low-value orders may incur tariffs. These are government-imposed, not our charges. With DDP, your order arrives smoothly—no additional costs, no extra hassle.

Express: Orders are sent via DHL Express.

Canada

Europe and Rest of World
Standard/Tracked Service: Parcels are sent via your national postal service using a Tracked service. Delivery times are 3-5 working days in Europe and 7-9 working days for AU/NZ and Rest of World. If your order exceeds 2kg, we may send your order in 2 parcels.
Express: Orders are sent via DHL Express.

Late Delivery
We aim to provide accurate information so you can decide what shipping services meets your needs. 99% of our parcels are delivered within the time frames indicated below but occasionally delivery can take a little longer especially during peak delivery periods (e.g., Christmas) or extreme weather activity.
Customers using Tracked or Express services can get updates on the delivery status using the tracking number provided. For customers using a standard or non-tracked service, if your parcel does not arrive within the time period specified, please allow another 2 weeks for delivery. If you order has still not arrived, we apologise for the inconvenience and we will happily refund or resend you order.
