Needles for ponchos

You've selected your poncho pattern and the accompanying yarn but do you have the correct type and size tools for the job?

If you're knitting a poncho in the round, you'll probably require a long circular needle so as to accommodate the large number of stitches. If you're using 'slippery' yarn we recommend using bamboo or wooden knitting needles to help you to control your yarn - it can be incredibly frustrating when your stitches slip off the end of your needle when you don't intend them to!

If you're crocheting your poncho and want to treat your hands a little TLC, then try using the ergonomically designed Addi Swing crochet hooks, which have hint of flexibility, and fit right into the curve of the hand to allow for comfortable, effortless grip; they're also color-coded for easy organization!
