COVID-19 Information

We are open for business and continuing to accept and fulfill orders.

Please ensure that all of your order details are correct before you place your order. This includes the items, quantities and delivery address. We are receiving a high volume of inquiries and may not be able to change this for you before your order is dispatched.

All orders will be dispatched as soon as possible. We aim to dispatch your orders within 2 business days.

All email inquiries will be responded to as soon as possible. Due to the high volume of inquiries we are currently receiving it may take longer than usual for us to reply.

Please only contact us by phone if your inquiry is urgent as we are receiving a high number of inquiries. If you are unable to speak to a member of staff please send us an email instead at [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Please note that both UK and international deliveries may take longer to arrive than normal.

Thank you for your continued support, understanding and patience through these difficult (and busy) times!

Online Sales & Deliveries

Our online sales department are still working business as usual and our courier companies are still operating. Our friendly sales team are still available online via email at [email protected].

Our operating times and office hours are still Mon-Fri 9am-5pm BST (GMT+1).

Please note that we are experiencing an increased volume of inquiries and we are working as quickly and safely as we can to reply. We apologize that there may be delays in answering your queries and thank you for your patience whilst we work hard to reply to everyone as soon as possible.

International Orders

We are currently still able to ship internationally to most countries and are continuing to do so. Please be aware that delivery times may be slower than usual due to the increased postal demand, additional personal safety measures in place to protect postal workers, and also the potentially reduced postal staff levels in some countries/regions.

We advise that you select tracked shipping where possible so that you can keep updated on the status of your delivery once your order has been dispatched.

Dispatch Times

We are currently experiencing a high volume of sales and inquiries and are working as quickly and safely as we can to dispatch orders. We have additional safety measures in place to protect our staff and customers, and we estimate that it will take approximately 2 business days to dispatch your order.

Delivery Times

Our customer service team has been inundated with emails requesting updates on shipping, and are struggling to keep up. We know that many are stuck at home, eagerly awaiting their squishy packages, but please be patient.

Delivery may take longer at the moment due to increased postal demand, reduced postal staff levels and additional safety measures that are in place at present as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak. Deliveries may also be affected by self-isolation in the UK.

The time it takes to deliver your parcel will vary, as this is an ever-changing situation, and not all parcels will see much of a delay. Therefore, it is difficult for us to give you ETA's.

Safety

The safety of our staff at this time is paramount and we are continuing to follow stringent health and safety guidelines post “unlocking” here in the UK to ensure their well-being, with those that can work remotely working from home. We have a small team of 6 staff who are dedicated to providing the best service they can for you through these difficult times. We appreciate your ongoing support and patience whilst we work as quickly and safely as we can.
