Erika Knight brings us four inspired knitting projects all of which use Rowan Pebble Island - an Aran-weight yarn spun exclusively from responsibly farmed sheep raised in the Falklands archipelago. This little collection of knitting patterns offers a colourful stripey jumper, a block-colour cardigan, a 'half-and-half' hat and a Fair Isle scarf.

Two neutral, yet contrasting, shades of Rowan Pebble Island, go into Erika Knight's 1979 scarf. The Fair Isle design, which is mirrored in the Dean hat, is knitted flat. Finished measurements are approximately 190cm long and 30cm wide.

Fans of block colour will love the Burwood cardigan featuring asymmetrical patterning and shading. This edge-to-edge piece, except for the one button at the top, features sections of stocking stitch and ribbing, one front pocket and embroidered stitches, which provide accents of colour and texture. The garment is available to for chest sizes ranging from 71-76cm (28-30in) to 152-157cm (60-62in).

Dean is truly a hat of two halves: one half displaying the 'right' side, the other showing the 'reverse' to create a contrast in texture. Available in one size to fit an average adult head, the finished piece is 27cm long with a circumference of 48cm. Knitted using two shades Rowan Pebble Island, the Fair Isle pattern is worked on a circular needle.

Erika Knight's Tamar jumper is knitted using six shades of Rowan Pebble Island to create a rainbow of horizontal stripes worked in moss stitch, which is edged in a 2x2 rib to the hem, cuffs and round neck. The garment is available to knit for chest sizes ranging from 71-76cm (28-30in) to 152-157cm (60-62in).
