Average - only because the crochet hook broke after three rounds of crocheting a hat.
Laughing hens were fantastic though! They exchanged the crochet hook for two different ones, were very sorry the Brittany crochet hook broke and extremely helpful and friendly throughout.
They suggested the chunkier hooks are much stronger than the 3.5. Loved the look of the Brittany hook though, it's really beautiful and feels lovely. I just need something a bit sturdier :-)
