A simple hand-knit cowl of reversible 3x3 rib, broken into fragmented rounds of colour, reminiscent of the tulip beds in Istanbuls famed Emirgan Park. One edge is trimmed with overlapping flower stem I-cord loops. The cowl can be worn narrow and folded, open and draped over a shoulder, or even used as a hood in unpredictable weather.
