The Addi Olive wood needles are the absolute best out there. I was struggling with my metal circular needles, fighting to keep my stitches from sliding off. When my Addi needles arrived, it was like I could relax and enjoy knitting again. They are smooth, but not slippery. The stitches slide off easily, but don't run away like they did on the metal needles. I am an Addi fan for life!!
